Founder
From a young age she always knew there had to be an approach to education that honoured individuality. Her pivotal moment came when she discovered the profound teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori, a pedagogical approach that deeply resonated with her. After completing her training from the prestigious Maria Montessori Institute in London, Hadeer proudly opened Dubai's first Montessori Preschool that upholds AMI standards, nestled in the heart of the city.
Administrative Manager
Farida is Revere’s Administrative Manager and a welcoming point of contact for our families. She supports the smooth day-to-day running of the school and helps ensure clear, caring communication between home and school. Known for her warm smile and positive energy, Farida helps families feel at home in our community from the very beginning.
Arabic Guide
Abeer is an Egyptian AMI 3–6 certified Montessori Guide with 20 years of experience in education. Her Montessori journey began under the guidance of Ms. Marguerite Richard, a MEPI consultant and second-generation student of Maria Montessori.
At Revere, Abeer serves as our Arabic Lead, overseeing the Arabic programme and supporting the integration of Arabic within the Montessori environment.
English Guide
Lina holds an AMI 3–6 Montessori Diploma from Prague and has 8 years of experience in early childhood education. She also holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Vilnius University, alongside a background in Primary Education.
Her knowledge of child development and psychology complements her Montessori training, allowing her to support each child with a thoughtful, compassionate, and individualised approach.
English Guide
Cindy has over 15 years of experience in early years and elementary education across Asia and South Africa. In addition to her Montessori qualifications, she holds a degree in Early Childhood Development. She is currently pursuing further postgraduate study in Curriculum & Implementation Design and Educational Psychology, reflecting her continued commitment to deepening her understanding of child development, learning, and curriculum.
English Guide
Maria holds a AMI Casa dei Bambini Montessori Diploma for children aged 2½–6. completed through the Montessori Institute of San Diego. Prior to joining Revere, she spent several years working in Montessori environments in San Diego, gaining experience across both Children’s House and Elementary age groups.
As a former Montessori student herself, Maria has experienced firsthand the lasting impact that Montessori education can have on a child’s development.
Arabic Guide
Chaimae is our Arabic Teacher and a native Arabic speaker with several years of experience working in Montessori early childhood environments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. She has completed her AMI 3–6 Montessori Assistant training through the Maria Montessori Institute in London. She brings a warm, engaging approach to Arabic, helping children build confidence and familiarity with the language through meaningful everyday experiences.
Arabic Guide
Sana is a native Arabic speaker with several years of experience working with young children in the UAE as an Arabic and Islamic teacher. She has completed the AMI Montessori 0–3 Orientation Course through the Association Montessori Internationale in London, alongside formal Child Development Associate training. Bilingual in Arabic and English, she has a deep appreciation for the Arabic language and its connection to culture and identity.
